Rules for Papers

The Institut d’Estudis Autonòmics (IEA) will be the institution responsible for the publication of the contributions made to the 68th Conference of the International Commission for the Study of the History of Representative and Parliamentary Institutions. The deadline for submitting the proposal and the full text ends on 15 July 2016 to this email: ichrpi2016arrobagmail.com

For this reason, the rules for the publication have changed. Sorry for the inconvenience. The new rules are:

Rules for the submission of papers:

  1. You can submit the papers in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian.
  2. The text must be submitted in Word format, written with Arial font, size 12, with 1.5 spacing
  3. There should be no summary. The headings should be numbered and should not be bold or underlined.
  4. The footnotes should also be written with Arial font, size 10.
  5. Bibliographical quotations must be to the footer and numbered.
  6. The bibliography should go to the end of the text
  7. The maximum length of the communication is 20 fols (A4).
  8. The final delivery date is October 1st
  9. Regarding how to cite bibliography from the IEA using the following guideline:

AUTHOR (surname and first name (initial only), uppercase). Title of the work (in italics). Place of publication: publisher, year and pages (if applicable).

Example:

¹ COLOM PASTOR, B. Les claus polítiques del procés autonòmic balear. Palma: Govern de les Illes Balears - Institut d’Estudis Autonòmics, 2004.

In terms of citations of periodicals:

AUTHOR (surname and first name (initial only), uppercase). Article title (in inverted commas and round). Name of publication (in italics), number, year and pages.

Example:

³ SUAY RINCÓN, J. «El" modelo canario "de urbanismo y Ordenación del territorio: algunas Consideraciones introductorias». Revista Justicia Administrativa, núm. 7 (2003), p. 73-80.

In case you need to cite again an author or a book, please follow the example:
